How long does it take for me to receive the package?
Orders need to be processed before they are shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package consists of Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
An order status of "Processing" means your order has been verified and is being processed. This includes confirming your contact information and delivery address, sorting item(s), conducting quality checks, and packing. When your order is packed, it will be handed to the shipping company.
An order status of "Shipping" means your item(s) has started to ship, and you can track your order once the tracking number is updated by the courier. The package might be in transit or going through customs clearance, so tracking numbers might not be updated immediately. You may wait for 10 days to get the tracking number updated for Expedited Express and 20 days for Ocean Shipping. Contact us if you need help with the shipping status of your order.
Please Note:
- Processing Time is calculated from the time you paid and the order is verified (verification Email will be sent after payment).
- If you change your order details, Processing Time is calculated from the time the order details are confirmed. A confirmation Email will be sent informing you of the updated Estimated Delivery Time.
- During holidays, processing time may be longer. We will notify you in advance.

Please Note: We are not liable for delays caused by the following situations:
- Changes/corrections to contact information or delivery address after placing the order.
- Respecifying products in your order, such as changing color, size, etc., after placing the order.
- If the first delivery attempt is within the Estimated Delivery Date but you missed it, arranged a pick-up, or the address was invalid.

However, there might be occasions where a return or exchange is necessary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our cancellation and return policies below. You can cancel any order before it is shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel it yourself. If your order has been paid, please contact our customer service to cancel it. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Note that we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once production has begun, especially for custom or specialty items.
Cancellation before payment:
- Log into "My Account" and click on "My Orders".
- Click on the order number you wish to cancel.
- Click on “Delete this order” and confirm the cancellation.
Cancellation after payment:
- Orders canceled before shipping: Eligible for a full refund, except for made-to-order products.
- Orders canceled after shipping: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it thoroughly to ensure it is the correct item. If you need to exchange or return a product, ensure it is in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return a DOA (Dead on Arrival) Item:
If your item arrives broken, contact us within 14 days of delivery and follow the 14 Days Product Guarantee procedure. For high-value items, we may request a return with all accessories. Missing components will incur charges.
60 Days Conditional Return:
- Unsatisfied with Purchase: If the product is in brand new condition but you are not satisfied, we can arrange a partial refund (item price minus shipping fees). You are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Damaged or Not Working Products: Refer to our 14 Days Product Guarantee or the product warranty. The responsible party covers the shipping fee. Return packages should include all accessories.
We do not accept refund or replacement requests after 60 days from delivery. For more information, contact customer service.
- You are eligible for a partial/full refund or free replacement if we shipped you a defective, damaged, or mis-shipped item. For lost items, we will reship if in stock; otherwise, you will receive a refund.
- If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, take necessary photos or videos to illustrate the flaw. Providing pictures of the item, its packaging, and the label will expedite the process.
Contact us before returning a defective item to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. Axonzo is not responsible for returns without prior notification.
- Keep all packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary for processing your return request.
- After mailing back the product, send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt.
- Refunds will be arranged to the same payment method used for the order. The maximum refund amount is the payment received.
- You can refuse to sign for a package if it is broken or open.
- To avoid high import duties on the return package, avoid selecting express mail services like DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.
- We will arrange a refund or replacement after receiving the defective item.
- Include a note inside the return package with the following details to expedite your return:
- Order number
- Product ID or name and quantity
- Short description of the issue
- Once your request is approved, customer service will provide the return address (not the location or parcel address).
- Send the item back as soon as possible and provide the tracking number.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All returned items will be inspected before processing refunds.
- We reserve the right to decline refunds for unapproved requests or items returned in unacceptable condition.
